Part of a team effort to design and build a small greenhouse for a local community garden. Hoop house designed for a 12' x 3' plot in a way that could be easily assembled and disassembled by the owners. Access to and protection of plants was equally important. Materials for construction were limited to electrical conduit and greenhouse plastic. A glove joint mechanism was designed to create the jewel-like geometry of the elegant structure, and color was implemented to encourage greater plant growth.
